Home race for the team! Our Eurocup-3 team raced in Zandvoort last weekend, where we took multiple podiums and a pole position start for Mari for Race 2.
On Saturday we started with two practice sessions, after which we headed into Qualifying 1. Bruno came out as the flying rookie in P2, with Mari following closely behind in P3. Joss ended the session in P4, Sebastian Ogaard in P5 and Sebastian Gravlund in P7. A lot of orange at the front of the field!
The first race on Sunday wasn’t the best for the team, as there weren’t many overtaking opportunities due to rain and safety cars. Nevertheless Sebastian Ogaard managed to make up 3 places to end up on the podium in P2. Bruno finished P4, with Joss in P6, Sebastian Gravlund in P8 and Mari in P10.
After Race 1 we went onto Qualifying 2, in which Mari took Pole position, with Bruno in P3, Sebastian Ogaard in P4 and Joss in P6. Sebastian Gravlund ended the qualifying session in P18.
During the race Mari lost the lead at the start to Esteban Masson. Mari ended the race in P2, with Sebastian Ogaard on the podium once again in P3. A double MP podium! Bruno followed the pair in P5 with Joss right behind in P6. Due to technical issues Sebastian Gravlund didn’t make it to the starting grid and couldn’t take part in the race.

The next Eurocup-3 race will be held in Jerez, after the Eurocup-3 summer break on the weekend of 23-24 September.
