We noticed that some of our mechanics were wearing caps. One used it to avoid the sun, the other one to cover his wild morning hair. The caps were all different coloured, and it looked like that the mechanics weren’t a part of our team if you watched them from a distance. Things changed when we introduced the official MP Motorsport caps. The neutral and calm cap design of the cap didn’t only let the mechanics look like a team member again, but they started to get more handsome too. Confidence increased, so did the speed of the pitstops. Wearing this cap makes you a true MP Motorsport supporter, but remember it got some magic too. 😉
