The Richard Mille Young Talent Academy announce search for emerging motorsport talent

Richard Mille and All Road Management are thrilled to announce their next search for emerging motorsport talent through the Richard Mille Young Talent Academy (RMYTA) for 2023. Since its inception in 2018, the RMYTA has continuously refined its approach to discovering and supporting promising motorsport drivers. In 2022, the RMYTA widened its scope by inviting racers aged between 14 and 16 from diverse backgrounds across the globe, regardless of their chassis affiliation.

In 2023, the RMYTA takes it another step further by inviting all karting drivers competing in an FIA-CIK certified championship to send in an application to take part in the famous Shoot Out, which will take place on the Navarra circuit, Spain, October 17th and 18th.

The success of RMYTA is growing each year, with the last three events seeing successful winners such as Hugh Barter, runner-up in the F4 France Championship and the F4 Spain Championship in 2022 and is currently competing in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. TymoteuszKucharczyk, 3rd in the F4 Spain Championship in his rookie season and 5th in the GB3 standings to this date as well as Keanu Al Azhari, who has already secured several podiums in both the UAE and Spain Formula 4 series’ this
year.

The 2023 RMYTA winner will receive a premium package comprised of the following:

o A fully sponsored season in the Spanish Formula 4 championship with MP Motorsport
o 6 days of testing
o A set of racing gears
o Personalized support, technical guidance, athletic coaching through a contract with All Road Management.

Eight drivers will be selected by a panel of professionals, based on their karting performance and career aspirations with special focus put on physical and psychological aptitude, behavior both on and off the track and driving skills behind the wheel of an FIA Formula 4 single seater. As well as the support from Richard Mille, All Road Management and MP Motorsport, the Shoot Out is also supported by Formula Medicine, the leading racing driver training and performance centre.
